Ristorante La Mulata | Riccione — Restaurant in Riccione

This was a great experience in Riconni for a family dinner. If you are looking for a great place to take your family that won’t break the bank, this is the place for you. It reminded me so much for FdC in the US with the meat selection and the amount of side dishes.

I was able to book a table the day before arriving on an app and I got instant confirmation from the restaurant confirming my reservation. They eventually check in to confirm on the day of our dinner. The restaurant was a 8 minute walk from Hotel Baltic. We needed to walk off all that food at the end of the night.

The decor of the restaurant was phenomenal and welcoming. We got greeted by all the staff we encountered throughout the night with a warm smile.

We went for their Deluxe package for 37€ and it was too much meat for us, but well worth the experience. The kids pricing were based on their age and a 2€ up charge.

The food was so much and soooooo good 😊. I had more fun at the buffet with the numerous sides including rice, black beans, brown beans, salad, cheese bread, yuca, salad, etc.

The meat start to slowly come out and after the sixth person to come to our table, I told them NO MORE. The meats( beef, chicken, pork, and lamb) were well seasoned and marinated well.

For dress we had their grilled pineapple with their passion fruit cheesecake and with seasonal fruit.

Its was a great treat...

Esta noite jantámos pela primeira vez no vosso restaurante “La Mulata” em Riccione. Éramos três pessoas e a ocasião era um jantar tranquilo, tendo em vista a organização de uma festa de aniversário com cerca de 40 convidados, prevista para a próxima terça-feira.

Infelizmente, dada a experiência que tivemos, ficámos muito desiludidos e dificilmente voltaremos, seja para o evento ou noutra ocasião.

Assim que chegámos, foram-nos apresentadas duas opções de menu: • o menu de €26 em vez de €33, com um limite de 10 rodadas de carne • o menu “Premium” de €39, com carne ilimitada.

Optámos pelo menu de €26 por pessoa, acrescentando as bebidas e a sobremesa.

Já no final do jantar, foi-nos servido ananás sem termos pedido. No momento de pagar, fomos informados pela funcionária da caixa de que tínhamos consumido o menu “Premium” e foi-nos cobrado o valor de €33 por pessoa, contrariando o que nos tinha sido dito e acordado à mesa.

Expliquei com calma toda a situação e o que nos foi informado inicialmente pela funcionária que nos atendeu, mas não houve abertura para esclarecer o mal-entendido: insistiram que tínhamos escolhido o menu mais caro. Nesse ponto, apesar do desconforto, decidimos pagar para evitar discussões.

Para além da questão do preço, gostaria também de salientar a qualidade da comida: as batatas assadas e os legumes gratinados estavam frios e pareciam pouco frescos, a carne por vezes vinha mal passada ou fria, e no geral o serviço ficou muito aquém do valor cobrado.

Lamento ter de dizer isto, mas a experiência não foi agradável. Não se trata apenas de uma questão económica, mas de correção, respeito pela palavra dada e atenção ao cliente.

Infelizmente, se tivesse de dar uma nota à noite, seria um 4 em 10. —————————————————————————————

Good evening,

This evening we had dinner for the first time at your restaurant “La Mulata” in Riccione. There were three of us, and it was meant to be a quiet evening as we were considering organizing a birthday celebration for about 40 guests next Tuesday.

Unfortunately, based on our experience tonight, we were very disappointed and it’s unlikely that we will return — either for the event or in the future.

Upon arrival, we were offered two menu options: • the €26 menu instead of €33, with a limit of 10 rounds of meat • the “Premium” menu for €39, with unlimited meat.

We clearly chose the €26 menu per person, and we also ordered drinks and dessert.

Toward the end of the meal, we were served pineapple without having asked for it. When it came time to pay, we were told by the cashier that we had had the “Premium” menu, and we were charged €33 per person — contrary to what had been said and agreed upon at the table.

I calmly explained the situation to the cashier and shared exactly what had been communicated to us earlier by the waitress, but there was no willingness to clarify or resolve the issue: they insisted that we had chosen the more expensive menu. At that point, although frustrated, we decided to pay to avoid further discussion.

In addition to the pricing issue, I’d also like to point out the quality of the food: the roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables were cold and seemed far from fresh, the meat was often undercooked or served cold, and overall, the service did not match the prices charged.

It saddens me to say this, but the experience was far from enjoyable. This isn’t just a matter of money, but of honesty, respect for what was agreed, and customer service.

The buffet is rich of choices and delicious food for every taste vegetarian, vegan and meat eater. I am vegan my favourite of all fried mandioca and bananas... The analcolich cocktail made with maracuja and lots of fruit is a great drink to accompany all the flavoured dishes. On top of that the Brazilian's dancer that spin with elegant moves and a divine super fit body around the dinner tables is a show you cannot stop to applaude from start to finish. The evening can then carry on with balli di gruppo which you cannot be involved under the super skilled DJ that play one after the others beautiful Brazilian tracks. The mix is just perfect from El taxi to Voltade de Morder. This is the right place to go with friends for an evening of great food and music ...you can dance untill your body cannot move anymore...fun...
