Truely a great experience dining here especially when you are treated like you are at home. Special shout out to Elena who was a wonderful hostess, warm, friendly, genuine and made you feel at home wether it was about brining you an extra free pistachio flavoured alcohol at the end of your dinner for digestion or about dividing your plate into two when you decide to share a plate of pasta. Truely cozy environment nestled in a sweet corner of Riccione easy to reach by car or directly from the beach. The cherry on the cake is the food! Delicious pastas, handmade, juicy, warm and very savoury! The pizza is also a must try, not too overwhelming with toppings but about the right size and their starters with the grilled Squid with rucola salad and aceto was chefs kiss! Their tiramisu and Zuppa ingslee (cake with custard) is to die for. They also offered us free cantucci bread afterwards which was the sweetest gesture. It’s a must visit in Riccione and Truely an experience you have to be there for. The free digestive drinks at the end are very appreciated and their timings for even in the after season months or cold days being open until 12 pm are what make them stand apart. They have cute picture of the employees on the wall having a fun time doing what they do and be their best selves, which shows how much the owners appreciate everyone working there and there is also a photo wall of the family, showing how welcoming they are to embrace you into their culture and family eating...

Siamo andati a cena su consiglio di un amico che ci aveva decantato il locale e quindi avevamo delle aspettative molto alte tanto che la sera stessa che ho chiamato non c’era posto e abbiamo prenotato per la sera dopo perché ancora più incuriositi. Pizza buona , gnocchi ai quattro formaggi di mio marito non cotti , il mio tagliolino allo scoglio buona la pasta ma non legata al condimento ( l’impressione che ho avuto è che ci fosse un preparato scoglio da usare a mescolate per i tagliolini e nel riso alla pescatora , che nel frattempo mi è passato dietro sul carrello ) tagliatelle al ragù di mia figlia riconfermo buona la consistenza della tagliatella ma il ragù allungato con la salsa al pomodoro e slegato…..si sentiva l’acidità della conserva aggiunta ma non cotta ……per quanto riguarda il tavolo nonostante avevo prenotato il giorno prima ci hanno messi attigui al corridoio della cucina , per fortuna ad un certo punto della cena la Sig.ra ( la titolare presumo) ha aperto lo scorrevole della finestra nell’altra stanza e ha iniziato a girare l’aria . Diciamo che ci hanno un po’ dimenticato …… dolce non pervenuto perché finito ….abbiamo bevuto 2 caffè ! Boh ….non mi ha molto convinto nell’insieme peccato perché è un bel posto e secondo me dovrebbe curare di più il cliente piuttosto che guardare alla quantità a discapito poi del risultato...

À éviter. Service incompétent et très bruyant type restauration scolaire. Nous étions venus avec deux enfants, et malheureusement personne n’a pu manger ce soir là. Une telle expérience ne nous était encore jamais arrivée. Nous avons décidé de partir malgré notre patience et plus d’1h d’attente. Notre frustration était d’autant plus grande que toutes les tables autour de nous étaient servies. Pour la commande nous avons dû interpeler nous même la serveuse qui, malgré des passages aux tables d’à côté, ne venait pas à notre table. De plus, nous avons observé des serveurs faisant des aller retours avec un seul pot de sel en main ce qui démontre une incompétence certaine du personnel au service. La raison invoquée du propriétaire était qu’il y avait 150 clients à servir! Si un restaurant n’est pas capable d’assurer un service de qualité pour 150 clients ce n’est pas au client d’en faire les frais! Il faut réduire la capacité. Heureusement nous sommes tombés sur un restaurant avec un personnel charmant qui a bien voulu nous recevoir à 22:30 (Le Crescentine di Novella, à quelques pas), alors si vous lisez cet avis jusqu’au bout, oubliez Alta Marea et préférez ce restaurant au personnel charmant, compétent et aux...
