Ristorante La Siesta — Restaurant in Riccione

Very disappointed of the service from the female usher staff (who guide us to the tabel) . At first, we arrived as family with a baby and she arranged us to a table next to workplace (very busy staff moving around) and we politely ask if we can change the table.

She re arrange to another table and we settle down and start to read the menu but she suddenly come to us and say we can only stay 1 hour, without any reason or any apologies. I think it is unacceptable and we are coming here for dinner, not come to rush.

I understand if the restaurant is fully booked or busy, they can advise us at the entrance and we will decide if we will stay or not

Also how can a restaurant staff come to the customer and "order" us to leave within a hour. Unbelievable, we leave

I suggest the management or owner of the restaurant to review and better to manage this staff, I am not sure she is suitable for...

I was expecting much more than what I had… Looks a really beautiful and unique place by the beach, but in the end I got very disappointed. I was wishing to get a spaghetti a Le vongole, but in the entrance one of the staff members said that the kitten was closed, 15 minutes before the advertisement hour. So,I went for a pizza recommended for one of the staff members. The pizza was quite okay, and the service too , but unfortunately even if the pizza has been served very soon, the burrata was completely cold. My disappointment was also for the famous limoncello liquor, my little bottle was more warm them of the August wether. I couldn’t finish my bottle … In the end I just want advice you people that they should be more careful with the customer, specifically because the service are more important...

Sono cliente da quando erano davanti al Campeggio Alberello, ma oggi sono rimasta molto delusa. Sul cibo, nulla da dire, il pesce è buono. Il servizio, invece, è peggiorato molto. In fase di prenotazione, una settimana fa, chiediamo di darci un tavolo sotto alla veranda, risposta "ci pensiamo noi". Invece, appena arrivati, locale vuoto ci sistemano sotto ad un ombrellone. Faccio notare che avevamo richiesto un tavolo in veranda, anche perché c'erano 2 persone anziane e il tempo stava pure peggiorando e il cameriere risponde "guardi che sotto la veranda è un caldo PORCO, meglio qui". Ci fanno accomodare, per forza. Il cameriere, per contrariarmi perché avevo osato CHIEDERE, si avvicina a mia suocera e le dice "vero che si sta meglio qui?" Un cafone. Tempo che arrivano i primi e comincia a piovere forte, sulle sedie, su di noi e sul tavolo. Ci tocca prendere piatti, bottiglie e bicchieri in mano e scappare dentro. Dal personale, nessun aiuto a portare la roba e nemmeno a indicarci un tavolo al riparo, nonostante abbiamo chiesto ripetutamente, ci siamo dovuti appoggiare al primo tavolo trovato, in veranda, ovviamente. Sempre lo stesso cameriere ci urla di non correre che scivola, ma non ci aiuta in NULLA. Le sedie della veranda erano bagnate e ce le siamo dovute asciugare noi. Nel tavolo accanto c'era un coppia invece per cui avevano un occhio di riguardo, erano molto attenti alle loro esigenze e gli hanno offerto pure gli amari col caffè. Noi invece, evidentemente, non ci meritavamo nemmeno quelli. Ciliegina sulla torta, uscendo dal locale, NOI abbiamo salutato e indietro non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna risposta. Meglio che impariate a essere più umili e a trattare meglio i clienti, che di ristoranti buoni a Riccione ce ne sono...
