Cannot give a better rating. Never reached the part the tasting of pizza unfortunately. Story goes like this, 3 nights ago we were asked how many persons, 2, after that we went inside and found a table. Really the first one, at the door and near the kitchen door and waiters. The girl sending in us never gave us menus. This should have been conspicuous at first. Next we have a waiter guy coming to our table and asking about our orders. We told him we still haven't got the menus. He left. 3 mins later I see him through the window having wonderful chitchat with another client. We stood up, left, never looked back and had a great pizza at another place where we had our pizza in 10 mins. Just as expected from an Italian pizzeria. Not the other way around when you don't even get a fricking MENU. So a big big No for this place, unfortunately there can be no excuses for this kind of service (or at least in Italy).
EDIT: well it was quite an unprofessional answer from a host - the girl welcoming us was a taller girl with a welcoming smile, the guy was with stringy or curly hair, and yes we definitely were there. We also waited 10 mins before the guy came to our table to never come back. The usual manner of hosting I think is to provide guests instantly with menus even if you don't have the capacity to take the orders and it's really shows when a place is not managed well, that also goes for unpolite answers given to guest reviews, just saying. It was not an accident that I mentioned the Italian way, because for 20 years or so I haven't really met this kind of service. And as for self service you are totally right, we would have been better off with a self service than eating here again. Strange thing that otherwise we still met polite people...

Read moreOrdine fatto su Just Eat, confermato alle 19.....arrivato alle 21.01 dopo 2 ORE e fatalità dopo le chiamate fatte sia al ristorante sia a JE...chiamo il " ristorante" per capire perche il mio ordine è stato spostato 2 VOLTE....e ovviamente è solo colpa di Just Eat e che dovevo arrangiarmi...quindi quando arriva il fattorino chiedo informazioni e mi viene detto che ha aspettato pure lui 15 minuti e che l ordine lo vedono subito anche loro(ovvio, deve prima essere confermato anche dal Driver) etc ....e cosa cavolo costa fare la gentilezza visto che ho anche due bambini che stanno morendo di fame il quale ho precisato anche, a chiamare VOI just eat visto che siete VOI che avete il contratto insieme e non IO?? Ce la facciamo? Sono una PARTITA IVA anche io e dico MAI e ripeto MAI accadrà che un mio cliente debba aspettare 2 CA..O DI ORE per il nostro servizio. Non attende 1 minuti figuriamoci 2 ore e se do esse anche accadere mi prendo la responsabilità. In tutto ciò la colpa è sia vostra che di Just Eat perche SCARICARE, come vedo in altri commenti, la colpa a qualcun altro non è ne intelligente ne professionale.
P.s Ordine Arrivato( 7 minuti di distanza) patate BRUCIATE per mio figlio e giustamente "pizze" tiepide/fredde con persino la mozzarella che si stacca, soffiandoci sopra, dalla pizza🤣.... Panino buonissimo con insalata invece che rucola🤣
