Rimini 55 - Bar Caffetteria — Restaurant in Rimini

It was terrible and disappointing experience. For using washroom you have to proof that you bought something there and bring receipt & show to the personal, otherwise you will be rudely punished 🧾 I will share my own experience, as I have right to do so. We came to this bar early morning to have coffee after long night bus travel. I came to lady near cash desk and asked her if she can allow me to use toilet first (because of the obvious reasons) and buy something later. I was explaining her that I’m after long trip and in very difficult condition, and she said NO and rudely showed me on the end of looooong queue with request to buy something first. Then I went and took receipt of one of my friend and returned back with it and again I begged her to allow me to use washroom with explanations again, and again I was rudely rejected and punished. After staying in the queue more than half of hour finally I got my chance to use washroom and after asking the personal why she did it with me, only what she could say its “if u don’t like something, go to another bar”. As soon as we arrived we had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes. As I was about to order, someone cut in line, which obviously wouldn’t be the services fault until she rudely told me to step back because the person that cut in line was ‘here before me’. Cashier was very impatient when I was taking out coins to pay with and don’t get me started on the looks we got when we didn’t make space for the next customer after one second. Ho visitato Rimini 55 sperando di godermi un momento di relax in attesa dell’arrivo del bus, vista la posizione strategica del bar subito in prossimità della stazione.

Devo ammettere che il servizio è stato decente: il personale è stato sufficientemente cortese e la pizzetta che ho “ordinato” era passabile, anche se nulla di memorabile. Le tempistiche sono state nella norma.

Il problema principale e la ragione del punteggio basso è la gestione dello spazio e la mancanza di trasparenza riguardo la politica del locale. Mi sono accomodato a un tavolo (che al momento era libero) con l'intenzione di sedermi un attimo e magari ordinare in seguito, ma sono stato subito informato che era obbligatorio ordinare immediatamente per poter occupare un posto a sedere.

Capisco che molti locali, specialmente nelle ore di punta, adottino questa politica per garantire la rotazione dei tavoli. Tuttavia, un'informazione così cruciale deve essere esposta in modo chiaro e inequivocabile - magari con un cartello ben visibile all'ingresso o vicino ai tavoli. Invece, l'obbligo mi è stato comunicato solo dopo essermi seduto, facendomi sentire un po' a disagio e quasi "sgradito" per aver commesso un errore che non potevo prevedere.

Questa mancanza di chiarezza ha rovinato quella che altrimenti sarebbe stata una visita neutrale. Se si desidera offrire un'esperienza positiva, la trasparenza verso il cliente è fondamentale quanto la cortesia del servizio. Se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi senza la fretta o l'obbligo di ordinare subito, questo locale...
