Burger King — Restaurant in Rimini

The most Terrible experience of my life in Rimini Burger King after having so much fun in Italy..let me tell you what happened on 02/07/2023 at 19:26 I ordered food and I have been waiting all most 30 minutes or more after that I want to the front and asked them if my food is ready. And the girl ask me to give her my receipt also my order number and I give to her however she just give me the drinks and ask me to wait for you food as it wasn't ready....and I understand it was so busy and I need to live as I need to back to my hotel however my sister was there with her children waiting for her food to come and I was telling to one of the stuff who spoke English to give my order to my sister as I was leaving and she said ok !!!!! But end up not giving her even though she was waiting for one hour!!!they told her they can't give her as she not the one who make the payment on top of that they told her that only they can give me because I made the payment!!!!! And this evening I want there and ask them my money back however they said they can't give me my money back!!! They told me to send email to the Burger King of Rimini they also told me that this is the only way to get my money back!!! I also asked them for their names but they didn’t wanna tell me their names but there was one girl with a name badge but she haven’t done anything so I don’t wanna mission her name here however except her there wasn’t having a name badge!!!!! Which is unexpected and she said she is the manager! And no Name badge on the manager!!!!

Waiting 40 minutes wouldn’t have been such a big deal — the place was busy — but it was really disappointing to receive a wrap that was wet, like it had just been taken out of the packaging, cold, and not grilled at all. On top of that, the extra ingredients I had selected and paid for (as shown on the receipt) were missing. The Coca-Cola came without ice, was completely flat, with barely any bubbles, and warm — not exactly refreshing when it’s 30°C outside. The onion rings were also cold, and some of them were dark and overcooked. For this price, I definitely could have eaten somewhere else. Sono appena stato a cenare nel ristorante di questa catena, e mi sento rintronato al pari di essere stato centrifugato in una lavatrice. Consiglio, se proprio volete mangiare questo cibo, al massimo l'asporto, perché dentro al ristorante è praticamente impossibile stare senza innervosirsi e soffrire. All'interno della sala, riecheggia un rumore costante, potente, snervante e persistente il quale non ho la più pallida idea da dove provenisse. La sensazione è la stessa che si potrebbe provare nel cenare all'interno di un cantiere in piena attività con svariati martelli pneumatici in funzione senza sosta. Praticamente, un momento lieto e gioviale come quello di una cena, è stato letteralmente demolito e rovinato a causa di questo frastuono incessante! Non fosse stato per l'obbligo di dover ordinare attraverso la cassa automatica, avrei disdetto l'ordine e me ne sarei andato. A causa di questo caos, gli avventori di conseguenza, erano costretti ad alzare la voce per comunicare tra loro rendendo tutto questo mix di suoni, un putiferio infernale. Le cassiere praticamente stavano in piedi dietro il bancone con l'unico scopo di urlare i numeri degli ordini dei clienti, come se ci trovassimo al bingo. Con l'unica differenza che nelle sale bingo non si tiene un tono di voce consimile a quello utilizzato per parlare, dentro ad una discoteca. Alle casse non vi era nemmeno una persona in fila e nonostante ciò, tutti i clienti venivano costantemente esortati, sempre ad altissima voce, all'utilizzo della colonnina automatica per ordinare. Ho inoltre dovuto cambiare la sedia sporca, con una pulita, e la prima pulita, la ho trovata tre tavoli dopo il mio, dato che ognuna di esse era sporca di gocce e cibarie. Prima di andarmene, ho chiesto delucidazioni alla guardia che lavora là dentro ponendo la seguente domanda: -"ma in questo posto è normale vi sia un caos tale?"
