I panetti .... vengono stesi con un macchinario che forma dei diametri di pizza di 25/30 cm per circa 2 millimetri di spessore che vengono impilati uno sopra l'altro e passati ai pizzaioli che poi li farciscono. Il risultato é ovviamente è un disco biscottato, senza nessuna lievitazione, ... "farcito".
