L'Oliveta Riparbella — Restaurant in Riparbella

This family runned restaurant serves good food in a nice location, almost on the top of the hill of Riparbella, a perfect place to escape from the hot beaches of Cecina :-) The menu is available on the wallboard and includes a good selection of starters, pasta and main dishes and most of them are meat-based. They also have a good choice of pizza, well dressed and at an average price. The tiny toilet is clean but likely too small for a wheelchair. We had a very nice visit. The playground is perfect if you have kids. The food was really delicious, but the menu was handwritten and only in Italian, and the waiters only spoke a bit of English.

We had a bit of trouble picking our food, but the waitress was very friendly and helped us so we managed - and when the food arrived... Oh it was so good!

We're a group of 12 people and we're sitting here since 2:30hrs. 10/12 already ate and while the waitress (in really, really bad mood) started cleaning the table, two folks (including myself) are still waiting for the main dishes (just 2 pizzas).

Christ, it took less time building the Great Wall of China, but la dolce vita needs...
