We had a wonderful dining experience at Aurea Restaurant in the Crowne Plaza Rome! The food was excellent, but what truly made the evening special was the incredible staff. • Fabio, the manager, was welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. • Robbin, the supervisor, kept things running smoothly and checked in with us kindly. • Antonio, our server, was absolutely outstanding. He was so friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. He took the time to explain the menu, gave us excellent recommendations, and always checked in at just the right moment. His warm personality and genuine care made us feel like special guests, not just customers. • Carolina at the cashier greeted us with kindness and a big smile. • Andrea was also very friendly and added to the welcoming atmosphere.

This is the third time that myself and my husband have stayed at the Crowne Plaza hotel and with every visit we have had our meals at the Aurea Restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing every time. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the welcome is always very warm, especially from Fabio and Antonio who always make you feel very welcome and ensure that attention is paid to every detail. The restaurant atmosphere was nice and at least for our table, service was timely (although there were several tables around us complaining that their food had not come out after 45 minutes). Food itself looked good but was horrible. All the pasta was undercooked, my friend’s steak was completely fat, spinach was burnt and their seafood was bland and overcooked. Waste of money and very expensive for quality of food.
