Best local pizza! Located in Casal Bertone (5-7 min walk from my hotel, BW Blu Hotel Roma) you will find a family run authentic pizza by the tray and pizza to order restaurant! They have numerous types of pizza to choose from and all the ones I have tried were delicious! Just point to the one you would like a piece of and they will lay down their knife and you can indicate if you want more or less of that kind. They will then cut and weigh your pizza to determine the price. If your Italian isn’t perfect you can just motion and everyone can help you or you can ask for Giusy (pronounced Juicy) and she will gladly help you in English! Everyone is so friendly and lots of locals order here all day so the pizza is always fresh! My favourites are Cacio e Pepe and Mozzarella di bufala, basil and tomato! The freshest pizza you will ever taste with almost sweet tomatoes! You can eat there at the bar or take away. Also try their Supplì (rice ball with cheese and filling) or their daily...

Stranamente qualche tempo fa c'erano più di 380 recensioni, di cui 1/3 da una stella ... Ad oggi, le recensioni negative non ci sono più..., Mah..., potere della tecnologia...

Anche se ancora non sono riuscita a mangiare da voi in persona , posso farvi comunque solo dei complimenti per la vostra ottima pizza in quanto ho l'occasione quasi ogni giorno di “assaggiare“ gli “avanzi“del pranzo del mio compagno che poi a sera li porta a casa.
