La Nuova Pergoletta — Restaurant in Rome

I tried the Margarita Pizza, Ravioli, and Tiramasu. The pizza was very good, and VERY big (for 6 euro!). I'm usually not a fan of thin crust pizza but this was great! The ravioli was exceptional! It was sooo delicious. And as for the tiramasu: some of the best tiramasu I've had around. I've tried SEVERAL places nearby and so far this one is the best. It is a little small but so worth it. The service was phenomenal. I feel like good service is hard to come by in Rome but I was blown away at this place. Our server was so kind and genuine. Even if the food was bad it would have been worth the visit just for the service. Luckily the food was just as good. Their menu is large and they had a big selection of choices. We've been to Rome and all over Italy twice, and this is my favorite restaurant, hands down. The food is legitimately the best I've had.

His cooking and menu are impeccable, and the owner should be very proud of what he's accomplished... But he should be especially proud of his daughter. She's a great representative for the family business!
