Made of Flour — Restaurant in Rome

We've been here in the past for aperitivi and enjoyed it. Today was an absolute disaster. Despite being asked if we wanted aperitivi when we arrived - and saying yes - we were brought only the drinks. We were then practically ignored for 40 minutes, while at least 3 members of staff sat around doing practically nothing, playing on their phones. I complained that we'd been brought none of the customary snacks, and we told that the reason for this was because the waiter "made a mistake". I said, OK, he's admitted it was your mistake, I want my money back. Not a chance. Apparently, we could take the missing snacks home with us. That wouldn't really make it the pleasant drink and snacks out we were expecting.

We won't be using this place again, and we won't be using its sister establishment, either.

Extremely disappointing.

We were charged 16.50 for three drinks, with none of the snacks that were supposedly included.

One of the drinks was a child's juice, too. We were really unlucky, that's for sure. Unlucky to get rubbish service.

Good price? Right... I just got a prosecco, iced tea PLUS snacks at a bar...

We had breakfast, snacks and drinks here almost every day on our 4 days stay in Rome. This place is genuine, laid back and has it all: great italian breakfast options (very good coffee and pastry), fresh meats, pasta and cooked food. You can have something for any moment of the day. This place is amazing! You have to visit asap! Everyone is very kind and helpful. The decor is so cute and cozy! The food is delicious and i'll go again for sure to taste the pizza. I ordered the carbonara as shown in the picture and it was absolutely delicious!
