I'm sharing my experience, just because when I showed the manager what I found in my plate (gnocchi con ragu), she was very disturbed. REALLY? I take out from my mouth that thing - I found it while I was chewing....not a very pleasant moment. When we told her, she was so offended and she told us is from the thing they wash the dishes with. OMG.... how can u say in my face that you wash and don't rince them? It could be, but it can be from the bag from where they pulled the gnocchi out...when they bought them, not home made them.
She didn't appologise not even once...
After a while the cooker came to appologise and bring me another plate but....i could eat anything..... and i was already full, i eat almost all my previos one. At the end, they deleted from the check the dish with that thing in it and for the attitude, we payed exactly as they asked. Picture are speacking...
Read moreMy friend and I are from the area and went for lunch on a saturday. Good food but not worth it going again. The chef was shouting and arguing the whole time - they gave a proper show. The son left crying. Afterwards came to apologise, however not enough as it was very uncomfortable how he treated his son and wife, even worrying. Small portions to be an osteria. The aperitivo was good but overall we won't come back. We had an appetizer for 2, each of us a primo, 2 glasses of wine and 2 desserts and spent 63€.

Read moreSiamo stati ieri sera dopo una pomeridiana a teatro. Servizio lento ed approssimativo. Dopo un quarto d'ora col ristorante ancora vuoto, si ricordano di chiederci se volessimo bere dell'acqua. Chiediamo un menù, non disponibile perché erano in stampa. Il ragazzo ci illustra i piatti del giorno...decidiamo per iniziare con una bruschetta puntarelle e uovo sodo...Non era una bruschetta, ma un piccolissimo crostino di pane, assolutamente delizioso al palato, quanto poco apprezzabile poiché veramente minuscolo. Passiamo ai primi piatti. Ho preso delle linguine al ragù di paranza, ben presentato e in quantità giusta, ma totalmente sciapo...mio marito chiede seppie e piselli, che in un normale piatto di portata sparivano, quella non era neanche una mezza porzione! Lo stesso con le puntarelle...di ottimo sapore e sapientemente condite, peccato sparissero anche loro nella terrina. Mio cognato ha chiesto una porzione di abbacchio, abbondante perché con ossi grandissimi...di ciccia attaccata ce n'era ben poca! Per concludere chiedo una cicoria ripassata...dopo mezz'ora chiedo alla cameriera notizie poiché ancora non pervenuta, e mi dice che era terminata...abbiamo speso 88 euro per aver assaggiato, non mangiato.
