On the last day of our trip, we discovered this little gem. It was recommended by the hotel we stayed at. It was a small, cozy pizza restaurant with a few outdoor tables that served pinsa, an oval pizza with a slightly different filling than traditional Italian pizza. It seemed very popular, because the chef, who made pizza, served and took payment, worked hard to make pizza for both guests and takeaway.
