Ristorante La Perla — Restaurant in Rome

I feel so scammed right now! Everything was as cold as it could be! The grilled fish Orata was dry and burnt and therefore tasted bitter! Only one small slice of lemon was delivered with all the see food I ordered! The Risotto was supposed to be prepared with different sorts of sea foods.. but it only contained some mussels and a sad lonely piece of cuttlefish"s arms! And sooo dry! The Salad was basically a lot of cheap raw red cabbage, unripe tomatoes and some saggy arugula! No salad dressing or anything! Not even a dressing packet, salt or pepper! Just a dry putrid salad! The fries were so undercooked and white..The Ravioli was supposed to be vegetarian with ricotta and spinach filling but it was covered with some kind of bolognaise sauce with a lot of pork! Plus: overcooked and smelled funny! I can't even tell you how disappointed and...

Trafiliśmy do tej restauracji ponieważ jako jedyna w okolicy była otwarta (pozostałe otwierały się w późniejszych godzinach). Na samym wejściu "pan pracownik" przywitał nas z nosem w telefonie, nie okazując zainteresowania, że w ogóle ktoś przyszedł. W restauracji nie było żadnego pracownika/właściciela (siedzieli na zewnątrz z nosem w telefonie). Gdyby nie fakt, że byliśmy głodni wyszli byśmy już na wejściu. Zainteresowała się nami jedynie Pani z kuchni. Daliśmy jednak szansę sugerując się też pozytywnymi opiniamii. Nic bardziej mylnego. Zamówione 2 pizze bez tuńczyka, dostarczone z tuńczykiem (!), bardzo słone, ciężko było je przekroić, ciasto bardzo cienkie i twarde.. z pizzą włoską nie wiele miało wspólnego. Osobiście nie polecam. Pracownicy/właściciele nie wykazywali zbytniego zainteresowania klientami, a...

Ho visitato questo ristorante sperando in un'ottima cena, ma l'esperienza è stata purtroppo sotto le aspettative. La pizza che ho ordinato era un po' gommosa e difficile da mangiare, e la pasta, seppur con un buon condimento, era leggermente poco cotta. Non è quello che ci si aspetterebbe da un ristorante di questo tipo.

Un altro aspetto che mi ha sorpreso è stata la cucina a vista, dalla quale si poteva notare che alcuni camerieri si prendevano delle pause per bere birra, il che non dà una buona impressione in termini di professionalità. Il locale è abbastanza spartano, il che può piacere a chi cerca un ambiente semplice, ma credo che un po' più di cura nei dettagli non guasterebbe.
