La Ghiotto Pizza — Restaurant in Rosignano Marittimo

I not understand why you need to add something extra like salsiccia? To a well known Pizza Diavola.. or Diavolina? It simply ruins the tast idea . Just make a good Diavola and please try to put some Salami picante on it. It is getting embarrassing looking at these pizza's with hardly any Salami on it. I can understand. Try to keep the price low. But it is getting close to a veterinarian pizza .. Friday night and it was very busy. So maybe this was the reason. Sorry to say. The Pizza was simply very disappointing. And more sorry to say I have seen nobody. Eating the full pizza. Most have close to hakf back. And it was not because they are that big. I would recommend. Go back to the drawing table. And have a serious thought about keeping the price at 7.5/ 8.5 euro. Or go a little more expensive and get a pizza on the table that...

Was für ein netter Abend. Die Pizzeria scheint im September hauptsächlich von einheimischen frequentiert zu sein.

Wir kommen Recht spät am Abend und die ausschließlich weibliche Mannschaft ist schon am zusammen räumen. Muss trotz Montag ein starker Abend gewesen sein, denn die meisten Tische sind zu Tafeln zusammen geschoben und hinterlassen ein Bild das an Joseph Beuys erinnert.

Macht aber nichts denn die junge Kellnerin ist fix und macht uns einen schönen Tisch frei. Mit einem wirklich netten lächeln gibt sie uns trotz Sprachproblemen Tips in der Speisekarte.

Die zwei Pizzen die dann kommen sind ungewöhnlich belegt. So nach der Art, Schinken zu Schinken Artischocken zu Artischocken. Passt aber und schmeckt suuuuuuper. Nicht aussergewöhnlich aber sehr gut. Auch der Preis von 6 bis max. 9,90 ( mit Steinpilzen, burrata, salame, Asparagus) war überraschend niedrig und mehr als fair.

Ich nahm frittata und machte mir dann doch etwas Sorgen. 12 Euro. Hmmm. Unbegründet. Man kann - außer dem Einkauf - bei dem Gericht wenig falsch aber viel richtig machen. Und genau das war's. Die Garnelen waren tatsächlich glasig, groß und excellent um Geschmack. Der Tintenfisch war weich.

Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung wenn man den Mut zu einheimischen lokalen hat. Man wird wirklich...

Accoglienza all'arrivo per i tavoli pressoché assente. Attenzione agli ordini molto scarsa (2 ordini su 2 errati. Un record) dopo 45 minuti tra antipasto a pizza, delle pizze non abbiamo avuto traccia e abbiamo dovuto sollecitare . Abbiamo atteso altri 15 minuti .

La pizza è di dimensioni ridotte rispetto alla concorrenza, mangiabile ma non degna di nota.

Per avere un ulteriore bicchiere di coca devi creare una trappola per i camerieri.

Dopo due ordini errati (fondamentalmente è stato fornito un alimento a base di carne ad un vegetariano), e a sbagliare parzialmente una pizza (comunque tenuta) sarebbe stato carino almeno accennare ad uno sconto simbolico (Cosa non avvenuta) . Avrebbe dimostrato cura del cliente e senso di dispiacere per l'accaduto.

Non credo torneremo Peccato.

In risposta al commento del locale: state confermando quello che dicono altri clienti.. siete maleducati e non sapete dove la modestia stia di casa. Nella foto si vede chiaramente il carpaccio di TONNO (ANEMICO che si trattava in realtà di pesce spada) e l'insalata che non era stato chiesto di non mettere.

Tengo a precisare che è la seconda volta che torno a provare la vostra pizzeria in 3 anni... E fortunatamente non credo di rimetterci piede. Da voi tutte le settimane? Neanche...
