Right from the start the manager set the tone by being very impatient to take our order, which is never a good beginning to a meal. The service was very haphazard, one starter came with 2 mains, leaving one of us with nothing at all to eat for about 5 minutes. Took another 10 minutes then to bring parmesan cheese for our daughter's pasta. Then when the starter - bruschetta, which i love - proved to be completely inedible as it was far too hard to be able to eat - the manager refused to accept that there was anything wrong with it. Obviously the customer is always wrong here! They completely refused point blank to take the price of the bruschetta off the bill, despite the fact that it was left uneaten. If the manager's attitude has been different I would happily have let the whole thing slide, but as it was he was so utterly unfriendly and unhelpful, slightly aggressive even, that I am compelled to leave this bad review. Why bother working in this industry if you so obviously don't have the temperament or personality for it? The rest of our food was ok, nothing...

The waiters were very friendly. The food was just not. The Entree was nice but lacked a little flavor. The mains were very disappointing. No seasoning. No flavor. Didn’t even eat the half. The wine was fantastic and the beer very tasty. The owner keeps replying in other reviews that the customer is not suited to the restaurant. Please listen Owner, ask a gourmet chef I am telling you the food is just NOT good and for that price it’s a joke. Either you don’t know what delicious seafood should taste like for that price at a restaurant 50 meters from the Sea or you are not trying your own food. There is no third option. Spinta dalle buone recensioni sulle varie app ho prenotato e cenato presso questo ristorante. Le premesse del menù vogliono essere simpatiche, ma purtroppo l'attesa, che dicono sia dovuta al fatto di fare cucina espressa, non si è rivelata veritiera. Ordinando il vino in caraffa, purtroppo ci comunicano di non avere caraffe disponibili quindi: "o aspettate che finiscano gli altri o bottiglia o al calice". Personalmente avrei preferito mi si offrisse la gentilezza di versarci 2 bicchieri del vino della casa nell'attesa, anziché costringerci a scegliere tra il nulla o 10 euro di calici. Abbiamo atteso una mezz'ora per due antipasti scarsi e neanche troppo gustosi: I crostoni di mare, da euro 9,50, altro non sono che due fette di pane con zuppa di pesce (che non può essere espressa) e il mix di assaggi di mare da 14 euro, a detta della cameriera cambia anche in corso di serata, a seconda di cosa è disponibile in cucina (espressa?) e nel mio caso consisteva in un involtino di melanzana con calamaro e pomarola, un cous cous con mele (senza pesce), un tentacolo di polpo alla griglia su purè di zafferano (buono), 3 pezzetti di calamaro ripieno. Il vermentino di bolgheri dei nostri bicchieri nel frattempo finisce, ma nessuno si rende disponibile a considerarci... Attendiamo a gloria i primi: spaghetto alle vongole e maltagliati gamberi e totani (sul menu in inglese sono spacciati per fresh pasta, ma erano pasta normalissima). Gli spaghetti non sapevano altro che di BURRO, e metà vongole erano sabbiose. I maltagliati al pomodoro avevano giusto 2 (di numero) gamberetti, non gamberi, e dei pezzettini di totani e per 14.50 euro, mi aspettavo un po' più di sapore. Decidiamo di andarcene, nonostante il posto carino siamo delusi e vogliamo prendere dolce e caffè altrove. La location meriterebbe, se non fosse per le immagini che passano sugli schermi; un consiglio: mettetele tutte dello stesso formato ed EVITATE di fotografare le recensioni su Trip Advisor, è tristissimo.
