Update 27 June 2023 Vegan Friendly! Well, I maintain my 5 star review. Truly delicious food, and I've had great experiences every visit since the January review. And I've been quite a lot this year! Also, they were happy to accommodate a vegan friend who left very happy; she now recommends it as well. If you have a bad experience here, I urge you to give them another chance. These are good people who make delicious Indian food!

Update 5 March 2023 Visited with friends for dinner and had a great experience dining in. Service was excellent this time, food was great as always! Nothing hits the spot like their butter chicken & naan. OK. Here's a unique experience I've never had before and a redemption story if you're into that. An honest and detailed review. Skip to last 2 paragraphs for the good part.

Last night (21 Jan 2023), I called in a takeaway order at 20:08. I was quoted 40 minutes (butter chicken, chicken curry x2, naan x4, samosas x2, rice x3). A larger order so I understood the wait, although it was at my maximum. I had finished a long day of travel, had a friend with me who graciously waited so I didn't have to drop her off and come back, and my husband and his friend waiting back at home for dinner.

Around 20:35ish I go inside hoping I could pay so I could grab and go when it was ready. I was told I had to wait to pay, and that it would be a lot longer before it was ready -- she said 15 more minutes. I said ok, that's close to what I was originally told so I went back to my car to wait.

I go back in at 21:05 (1 hr after I had made my order) and am told there are still 5 orders ahead of mine, my order hasn't been started, and it would be at least another 30 minutes. I live about 20 minutes away so waiting another hour sounded horrific. Not to mention the other 3 people this was impacting. So I politely declined (even after they offered to deliver it when it was ready) since I was terribly hungry and exhausted.

Fast forward to the next evening (22 Jan 2023), I get a call -- it's the woman whom I had spoken with the night before, offering to deliver my previous night's order for free (!!!) in the next hour. I was literally stunned. I almost didn't want to accept, knowing that gas is expensive and it was a larger order for them to comp. I come from the service industry so I did understand their situation, I wish I had known a more accurate wait time up front, but I had no intention of being unkind or making a fuss. We probably just wouldn't have gone back. I did end up accepting though, since I recognized the huge gesture to make things right and wanted to give them the opportunity.

All that to say -- this kind of gesture was significant to me and I'd think to most people. The food is genuinely delicious and they are kind people. This act of service is something I will never forget and we will be going back. Just maybe not on a busy holiday or...

The best Indain Masala menu! The owner and staff are wonderful people and offer quality service. I enjoy bringing friends and family here, as the decor on the walls and the cutlery are charming...it makes for a relaxing dinner. The floor plan is not overcrowded, there is plenty of space to walk to your table/chair without bumping into someone, and you will always feel welcome when you walk in. The menu prices are fair considering you are receiving authentic masala. If you haven't been, give it a shot, you will be surprised! And..if you don't understand the menu, the staff will...

Super easy location and parking Service was amazing Food was BEYOND delicious Ambience was perfect Cleanliness was flawless I sadly don’t speak Italian but they have perfect English so that was extremely helpful!

They don’t have anything vegan listed on the menu but were able to make me several dishes vegan which were amazing! I highly recommend the veg biriyani and the baighan bharta (smoky eggplant) but our veg curry and aloo Gobi was perfect too!
