Love this mountain hut. It’s a 20-25 min walk from town or you can stop by if you’re on the run that goes right through it. Quite cool to sit outside and watch the skiers & boarders fly by. They have plenty of seating outside, tables in front of the buidling and then benches and sun loungers on the other side of the run (around the fire pit). After the sun went behind the mountain we moved inside where it’s very cute. I started with the smoked sausage and some hot horseradish. The caprese was good - flavorful tomatoes and lots of mozzarella. My husbands spaghetti aglio e olio was delicious. Very garlicky and good portion. I really enjoyed the kaiserschmarrn. My new favorite dessert. The service was very friendly and good wine options. I wanted to go back the next day and try more...

Yesterday we went apres skiing and pretended one of us had her birthday. The first jagerbomb went down somewhat hesitantly but that soon evaporated in a haze of beer and jager. Before I knew it we were crowdsurfing through the apres ski bar. Evidently we all awoke with a massive hangover. We took the lift up to the top, skied down and sat down. We were helped by the best waiter ever who was a perfect mix between Italy and Austria. Then we were presented with the best apfelstrudel in the known universe. A ray of light burst through the clouds and illuminated my plate. I could hear the soft singing of angels....

Che meravigliosa giornata alla tradizionale sagra di Sant'Anna presso il ristorante Val d'Anna! Come sempre, l'evento non ha deluso le aspettative. L'atmosfera era festosa e accogliente, con il ristorante addobbato a festa per l'occasione. Il menu offriva una deliziosa selezione di piatti tipici, preparati con cura e sapienza. Ma il vero protagonista della giornata sono stati i dolci. I krapfen erano semplicemente irresistibili - fragranti all'esterno e morbidissimi dentro. Particolarmente degni di nota erano i tipici crapfen con la pasta / crema di papavero, una vera delizia per il palato che unisce tradizione e gusto in modo sublime. Lo strudel era un trionfo di mele profumate e pasta frolla croccante. E che dire dei biscotti offerti dalla casa? Una vera sorpresa, delicati e friabili, il perfetto accompagnamento per concludere il pasto. La generosità dei proprietari nell'offrire questi dolci fatti in casa ha aggiunto un tocco speciale all'evento, facendo sentire tutti gli ospiti come di famiglia. Ad arricchire ulteriormente la giornata, la musica del bravissimo Denis Novato con la sua fisarmonica. Le sue melodie hanno creato la colonna sonora perfetta per l'evento, permettendo a tutti i presenti di gustare i suoi pezzi musicali mentre assaporavano le prelibatezze culinarie. La maestria di Novato con lo strumento ha aggiunto un'atmosfera magica e coinvolgente, facendo danzare i cuori e i piedi di molti partecipanti. Come ogni anno, la sagra di Sant'Anna al Val d'Anna si conferma un appuntamento imperdibile, che celebra le tradizioni locali, la buona cucina e la musica in un'atmosfera calorosa e conviviale.
