The accomodation was okay. It was no luxury. The kitchen was making several noises- the kitchen light was sooo loud, the hot water was making sounds, there was only one socket in the kitchen and it was too far from the appliances so we had to use the lengthener that was only for one socket so when we wanted to boil water and then use the microwave we had to unplug one and then plug the other. The cold water in the shower didn’t work. We could hear other guests through the walls and ceiling very loudly, the Wi-Fi was very very bad and the heating was not able to be regulated. Худшие апартаменты, в которых я когда-либо останавливался! Наш номер был старый и темный, расположенный на нижнем этаже. Отопление производится теплыми полами, в ванных комнатах холодно. Нет ни одной батареи, негде высушить перчатки и одежду, если вы приехали с семьей кататься-утром поедете в сырой одежде. Ремонту и технике по ощущениям лет 20, холодильник маленький, морозилки можно считать, что нет: шириной 15 см и без крышки. Заявленная стиральная машина общая на все апартаменты и находится в подвале. Больше половина розеток старого итальянского стандарта, трещины на плитке, паутина в углу, свисающие провода с потолка. Заявленный интернет толком не работал, связь постоянно падала. На обращение к хозяину он ответил, что все работает. Дальнейшее общение теряло всякий смысл. Да, до подъёмника пешком около 400 метров, но пройти с семьей обратно вы их точно не сможете, так как дорога идет в крутую гору и будете вынуждены оставить их у Сечеды и шагать за машиной, чтобы привезти семью обратно. Более того, хозяин обманывает вас, взымая городской налог со всех членов семьи, включая детей. Когда я попросил вернуть деньги и напомнил ему о том, что с несовершеннолетних не взымается налог он сделал очень удивленное лицо. Это не было ошибкой, я уточнял у других постояльцев, он взымает деньги со всех аналогичным образом. Эти апартаменты абсолютно не стоят потраченных денег!

Worst apartments I stay ever! Our apartment was dark and quite old located at the ground floor. There is a heated floor, so there are no any radiators to dry your clothes and gloves after the skiing. Fit-out and furniture seems to be about 20 years old, freezer is small with a little fridge. A lot of cracks on the tiles in the bathroom, spiderweb in the corners. Wi-Fi is losing connecting all the time, so it is not operating at all. There is about 400m to the ski lift Seceda, but you will be unable to walk it back with a kids, so you have to use a car anyway. This apartment is absolutely not...

Called, asked for reservation of a room. Was possible, he would send me an offer. I confirmed it, he said he would reply within an hour. And now we are 1,5 week later with no reponse. No answer on phone, both numbers, not on email or whatsapp. I mean, I hope nothing bad happened but at least leave some message for being unreachable.
