I had the worst customer experience of a lifetime here. To be briefly, the staff was simply unpolite, they didn't give us not even 3 minutes to check out the menu (it's NOT an exaggeration), and showed discontent when we said we weren't ready yet to order cause we just took a sit. Then they messed up with orders and it took ages for them to realise since they were not checking up how everything was going at the table. Once we politely and calmly noticed them, the waitress gave a very rude answer to my granny, who's in her 80s and slightly deaf, then not to loose the order they said the dish was already ready when in fact it took another half an hour to serve it. What's more, it was already cold.

People come to beautiful places to enjoy their time, thus this is a place I would truly not recommend, especially after I saw how they treated my granny, which shows a great lack of respect and care for...

This was our first experience of the Dolomites and it really set the tone for the rest of our trip. Il Ristorante Bullaccia è uno di quei luoghi che ti restano nel cuore, non solo per la sua cucina, ma anche per la posizione spettacolare in cui si trova. Considerando la qualità del cibo, il servizio attento e la location mozzafiato, i prezzi sono più che ragionevoli. Si ha davvero la sensazione di ottenere molto di più di quello che si paga, e questo lo rende una scelta ideale per chi cerca un'ottima esperienza culinaria senza spendere una fortuna.
