Posto e vista magnifici, ma deludente il servizio. La location è davvero incantevole, con una vista mozzafiato che meriterebbe ben altra esperienza. Purtroppo, il servizio ha lasciato molto a desiderare. A una signora di 98 anni è stata servita della pasta eccessivamente dura. Quando abbiamo fatto notare la cosa, la risposta è stata: “Ai ragazzi piace così”, senza alcun tentativo di rimediare o mostrare comprensione per l’inadeguatezza. Inoltre, al momento del conto non ci è stata emessa la ricevuta fiscale, cosa che riteniamo grave e poco professionale. Un vero peccato, perché con un po’ più di attenzione e rispetto, l’esperienza avrebbe potuto essere davvero piacevole.

Stunning location and view, but disappointing service. The place is truly charming, with a breathtaking view that deserves a much better overall experience. Unfortunately, the service was far from satisfactory. A 98-year-old lady was served pasta that was far too hard. When we pointed it out, the response was: “Young people like it that way”, with no attempt to fix the issue or show any understanding of how inappropriate that was. Moreover, we were not given a fiscal receipt when we paid the bill, which we find quite serious and unprofessional. A real shame, because with a bit more care and respect, the experience could have been genuinely enjoyable.

Wunderschöner Ort mit toller Aussicht, aber enttäuschender Service. Die Location ist wirklich bezaubernd, mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick, der eigentlich ein ganz anderes Erlebnis verdient hätte. Leider ließ der Service stark zu wünschen übrig. Einer 98-jährigen Dame wurde extrem harte Pasta serviert. Als wir das beanstandet haben, bekamen wir zur Antwort: „Den jungen Leuten schmeckt sie so“ – ohne jeglichen Versuch, das Problem zu lösen oder Verständnis zu zeigen. Außerdem wurde uns beim Bezahlen keine steuerliche Quittung ausgestellt, was wir als ziemlich gravierend und unprofessionell empfinden. Sehr schade – mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Respekt hätte es ein wirklich schönes Erlebnis...

Awesome place. Very nice atmosphere. We felt like home. I strongly recommend trying the Polenta dish with typical cheese and bacon. It’s wonderful. They also offer fresh milk from the their own cows which I also highly recommend. Only keep in mind that there’s no many places for cars so it is better to park your car on the nearest parking (about 600 meters) and take the trail behind the hotel. No more than 10 mins walking, and so much better than the expensive hotel...

Eravamo per strada direzione Corvara, abbiamo visto questa baita e ci siamo fermati. Personale mediocre, cibo buono ma c’è di meglio in zona. Avendo ordinato le patate con speck e uovo ho richiesto una fetta di pane per aiutarmi a mangiare, arrivato subito. Quando andiamo a pagare sullo scontrino abbiamo trovato il cestino con 4 fette di pane a 2.50€ extra oltre il coperto (posate e bicchiere senza tovaglia) !!! Dulcis in fundo alla richiesta di pagare con carta e quindi con pos ci è stato risposto dalla titolare che non era possibile perché sul menu c’era scritto che potevamo pagare solo con contanti o bonifico! Illegale! La titolare continuava a dire che andava bene così perché il suo commercialista le aveva detto che poteva farlo e non c era bisogno di pos. Le abbiamo fatto notare che avremmo pagato tramite bonifico e che se continuava ad insistere avremmo anche potuto chiamarle la GUARDIA DI FINANZA e farla multare, ma non volendoci rovinare la vacanza abbiamo sorvolato facendo bonifico. Quando ha capito di stare in torto dopo avergli spiegato il regolamento e le leggi che lei non stava rispettando ha iniziato a dirci di non pagare o che ci avrebbe offerto qualsiasi altra cosa noi volessimo. Spesso il problema di certi luoghi sono proprio coloro che li gestiscono ! Peccato questo atteggiamento perché la baita avrebbe molto potenziale vista...
