Excellent. I was skeptical about the food we would in a hut in the mountain, it was actually better than what we go in restaurants in Ortisei!

We initially went to Baita Troier, which was super busy. The staff would not help us to get seated, we waited 20 minutes and decide to left.

Baita Troier provided a much better experience. You are asked to wait to be seated, we had the chance to be seated right away at a table with an amazing view. I suppose that if it is full, they ask you to wait, but you don’t have to go through the struggle of checking who is about to leave to jump on the table.

Our waitress was very nice, ( dark hair with round glasses, give her a raise!) which is a nice change as Italian service is usually bad and rough.

Food was delicious, everything was good as well as our drinks.

I highly recommend Daniel, we...

Amazing place! Charming little inconspicuous rifugio with absolutely delicious kitchen and a great choice of wines and beers. You simply HAVE TO try their pastas and the goulash soup.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Overall you probably gonna pay slightly more than in other rifugios in the region (€2–3 per dish), but it's absolutely worth it. Aside from the quality of the food itself you also get a little extra addition to every dish (such as sauces for the fries, selection of bread for the soups, crisps for the wine or parmesan for the pasta). It's that little thing that makes you remember the very...

Such a lovely "Hütte". We were eating Gullasch, Minestrone, Knödel and Apfelstrudel.

The Knödel were soooo good!!! I am a Vegetarian and they had only "Speckknödel" on their menu, so Knödel with meat. A waitress told me, that they have Knödel with cheese today exceptionally. Those cheese Knödel were amazing.

Request to the Reataurant: Please put more Vegetarian Meals on the menu, as you have a very good cooking team and I guess that I am not the only Vegetarian customer. Those cheese Knödel needs to be on...

Can’t rate food unfortunately as we arrived early morning. They did offer a breakfast menu but it seemed a bit steep at €20/ea - although I suppose it could be worthwhile for bigger eaters. There were also small pastries and cake type options as well. All the staff we encountered were super friendly. The views are stunning, the interior absolutely charming, and the coffees were quite good. Prices overall a bit on the higher side for huts/rifugi but to be expected at this general location near Seceda.
