The hotel is nice and the rooms are reasonable. We had the shower screen fall off on the first use, which was really annoying. The staff were not friendly and did not want to help at all. We felt like we were imposing. I did notice that there were only rooms used on the night of our stay. The staff appeared to be more concerned with their restaurant than the hotel, or perhaps their Italian customers and not overly concerned with foreigners. Breakfast is very basic and again the staff/owners made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. High highly recommend all to stay away...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel prenotando due camere.
Abbiamo apprezzato l’ambiente pulito e l’impegno delle signore delle pulizie nello svolgere il loro lavoro. Le stanze dall’arredamento datato sono abbastanza calde e non è possibile regolare la temperatura, inoltre sono prive di insonorizzazione e di frigo bar (anche se il frigo bar non è obbligatorio per un 3* è un confort apprezzato ed è utile saperlo in anticipo).
L’accoglienza andrebbe migliorata, la persona alla reception che si occupa anche delle colazioni poco premurosa e cordiale. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema nelle stanze : spazzatura nell’armadio in una camera appena arrivati (che con molta calma hanno risolto con la signora delle pulizie il mattino seguente) e porta che rimaneva aperta nell’altra stanza. Per questo ultimo problema non ci è stata proposta nessuna alternativa e nessuno si è scusato per l’inconveniente ; l’hotel non era al completo, avremmo forse potuto usufruire di un’altra stanza? Colazione molto basica, buon caffè ma dolci industriali confezionati. Personalmente non ritorneremo perché conoscendo bene la zona ci sono alternative con un migliore rapporto...
