E' davvero molto ben calibrata, quest'anno, la proposta dello chef Roberto Rollino nata dalla fusione tra Mood e La Femme. Nella location bella e curata abbiamo trovato una cucina dove tutto è al top. Superlativo il "quasi un cappon magro" con pesce e verdurine freschissimi, dove gli aromi della salsina verde e della salsina di barbabietole rosse richiamano i sapori del tradizionale cappon magro. Delicatissimi i "ravioli al pesigo" (col pizzico) al burro di alpeggio, ripieni di erbette come usa in Liguria, il pinzimonio accompagnato da intingoli freschi, il maialino al forno ... E poi i dolci : tortino al cioccolato abbinato a tre diversi cioccolati, lo zabaione dello chef con fragole, la crema al basilico con la stroscia. Oltre che una vera bontà, i piatti sono molto ben presentati e accompagnati da un servizio professionale e garbato, ma non ingessato. Le apparizioni ai tavoli dell'artista chef Roberto sono sempre simpatiche e gradite. Ottimo equilibrio anche nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Location elegante raffinata e curata Il menù offre un’ampia scelta Una parte del nostro gruppo avendo allergia ad aglio e cipolla ha richiesto se fosse possibile realizzare alcuni dei piatti senza includere tali ingredienti. Richiesta che è stata accolta prontamente. Unico appunto, i piatti si sono rivelati un po’ insipidi (ci saremmo aspettati che l’estro del cuoco fosse capace di compensare la mancanza considerati anche i prezzi dei piatti). Il branda aveva una quantità eccessiva di aglio e la frittura di pesce e verdure (per lo più) era eccessivamente unta e quindi poco digeribile. Particolarmente apprezzate le entré: crema di ceci accompagnata da gamberetti e un cestino con crocchette miste. Pasta alle vongole nella norma Tonno scottato e insalata di polpo e patate consigliati. Prezzi in linea con il livello prospettato del ristorante (primi a partire da €18)

Top restaurant. Top chef. We know Roberto and his wife from their old restaurant 'la femme' in Diano Marina. We are always happy to visit the restaurant when we are in holiday nearby. Roberto takes great pride in his dishes and it always shows on the plates. Pleasant setup, great view towards the coast. Great choice of wines on the separate card.
