Ristorante Bianco Sale — Restaurant in San Benedetto del Tronto

We’ve been near san benedetto for 11 days. At the last day we decided to get a table at bianco sale which was definately the best restaurant we’ve been in this time. I dont understand some of these ratings… Start with the service, we’ve felt very welcome and been seated as we enter. Our drinks have been very fast served, he helped us to choose the food as the card was only in italian but its nice that you take time to explain it and even fulfill wishes with some little things for our daughter, as she is vegetarian. The food: The starters with mixed seafood was great, something warm, something cold, a good mix. Then we got some tuna steak and a baked fish which was both great and seemed to be very fresh. After we finished they made a little mistake and forgot some things from the starters, which were no problem by any means, so we eat them after. Finally the dessert was very good. I will go there again if we are around again.

Compared to other restaurant it felt like they like to serve and talk to the people like it should be in a restaurant. After every course they changed the knife and fork. With a smiling face and a personal touch and jokes. I was missing this in a lot of other places. This is the way i wanna enjoy a good time at a dinner. Mille...

Abbiamo fatto un ora di macchina per poterci godere una cena a base di pesce, da ex ristoratore decennale ho cercato il meglio… siamo arrivati e la posizione era ottima, forse troppo super centrale, ambiente all’aperto solo all’aperto con un caldo bestiale. Ci siamo accomodati su un tavolino alto con sgabelli ottimo per un aperitivo veloce non per una cena che è durata due ore per mangiare solo un antipasto. Nessun sottofondo soltanto una tv che trasmetteva rai1, andiamo al dunque… passerina del Conad quasi allucinogeno, antipasto consigliato da loro 1 per 2 composto da due tartare una salmone ed una tonno, 4pz di tonno scottato, 5/6pz di alici fritte 2pz olive mare 2 pz zeppole di mare, 4pezzettini di polpo con sugo e una ciotolina con vongole e cozze che sono state anche le uniche cose fresche e nostrane oltre a forse le alici… avevamo chiesto un secondo, pesce arrosto pescato del giorno ma non ci è stato neanche riferita la disponibilità… siamo andati via con la fame e molta delusione avendo speso 66€ per questo antipasto due calici di passerina e due bottiglie d acqua… tralascio qualche particolare ad esempio l’antipasto c’era stato proposto con portate che non sono...

Un pranzo piacevolissimo insieme alla mia compagna. A partire dalla gentilezza dei proprietari, veramente persone squisite. Questo ristorante ha delle vere chicche. Abbiamo cominciato con un classico souté di cozze e vongole, buonissimo, a seguire delle ostriche freschissime e delle olive Ascolane con ripieno di pesce fatte, veramente veramente bene. Poi ci siamo presi il tataki di tonno, scottato alla perfezione, con salsa ponzu e un piatto di tagliatelle con battuta di tonno e pesto al pistacchio che mi ha fatto alzare e stringere la mano alla proprietaria che lo ha ideato. Per finire un dolce alla crema di mascarpone e ricotta, caffè all'anisette e cantucci che ha concluso perfettamente il pranzo (calcolando che io non prendo mai il dolce). Quando ripasseremo a San Benedetto del Tronto torneremo sicuramente.
