The attentiveness and knowledge of the service - without being obtrusive - is unmatched. There is no Michelin star arrogance here, rather a consummate but warm professionalism. It seemed they were left with a surplus of prawns that they had to get rid of in each of the courses. Even the beautifully presented piece of fish as the main course was killed by a sauce with prawns that tasted like a mixture of what we had had in all the previous courses.
