Qualità delle materie utilizzate superlativa, prodotti freschissimi, pulizia, gentilezza, generosità, bontà, sono una minima parte degli aggettivi che qualificano questo il locale. I menù di capodanno sono stati graditi da tutti i commensali riscuotendo un successo fuori dal comune.
