Let me first say - never put a foot in this place unless you are a lawyer. When we sat at our table I asked the waiter if there was anything else besides pizza. He said no. He then went on to say there were three menus and that I could order unlimited pizza. Well, the place is called Pizza Club no limits for a reason so I said ok. Several waiters started to show up all with different types of pizza. After about 4 slices where I only ate the topping because remember- I do not eat the base- another waiter comes by and says: well, if you do not like to eat pizza you might as well not order more. I said : what???? You are going to tell me - the customer - who has been told I can eat as many slices as I want- how and what amount I should eat? What is this? I told him that this is not a way to treat customers specially when we were never told upfront about these made up after the fact rules - then he says : well it is obvious you are not from here reason why you do not understand. Since when do tourists have to justify their existence by now listening to these type of derogatory comments. I called the manager and turns out she said: sorry we are trained to see customers who either eat too much and or don’t eat it all- it’s all about the waste. Really? It really is not. What it is really about is the financial model this chain has - one that trains these waiters to go against customers who either eat or eat differently and that by doing so - they don’t fit the financial model this chain has built its revenue on. Let me tell you one thing: it is disgusting. I am appalled that we are still living by situations such as these in this world. Make sure you know before stepping into any of these places again. Sono stato in questo locale su invito dei miei alunni per la cena di classe. Io e una mia collega siamo celiaci. Nel pomeriggio lei chiama per informarsi: ci viene detto che la pizza è cotta nello stesso forno delle altre e che non possono garantire l’assenza di contaminazione, ma che possono preparare un piatto di salumi e verdure.

Arriviamo, pronti per ordinare, e scegliamo l’opzione più prudente: le verdure. Dopo pochi minuti, però, arriva la proprietaria e ci dice che neanche quella è sicura e che avremmo dovuto avvisare con più anticipo. Ma... non l’avevamo già fatto?

A quel punto chiedo chiarimenti sulla pizza e mi viene detto che “alcuni clienti celiaci non hanno avuto problemi, altri invece sono stati male, ma tra pizza e verdure... la pizza è la più sicura”. Surreale. Decido di rischiare e ordino una pizza e una birra senza glutine. La mia collega, giustamente, sceglie di non mangiare nulla.

Ordino una pizza indicata a 9 euro sul menù. Al momento di pagare, sorpresa: il menù senza glutine che comprende una pizza(contaminata) e una bibita costa 23 euro.Alla richiesta di spiegazioni, la risposta è che “il menù senza glutine costa di più”. Peccato che non ci sia stato né un menù dedicato né un servizio davvero sicuro, né attenzione né formazione.In sostanza La scritta senza glutine serve solo per spillare più soldi

La cosa più grave non è neanche il prezzo, ma l’approccio: nel 2025 è inaccettabile che ci siano ancora locali che trattano la celiachia come se fosse una preferenza personale o qualcosa di "variabile da persona a persona". È una condizione medica. E in un locale così grande, basterebbe davvero poco per organizzarsi e garantire almeno un’opzione sicura.

Ma la cosa scandalosa è non dare la possibilità a una persona di poter vivere serenamente una serata in compagnia. Questo non è accettabile. Non è accoglienza. Non è rispetto. È...

Highly recommend this place! Not only the food was so delicious, the staff were really kind and made sure we didn’t miss anything. It was my first time in this special concept all you can eat pizza , even sweet pizzas , the margerita was my favorite. They charge 20 € per adult & 10 per kid.
