Insomnia Cafè — Restaurant in Sanremo

During our stay in San Remo, my three girlfriends and I made multiple visits to Insomnia Cafe. This charming local spot is situated right in front of the casino, making it a convenient stop for a coffee, sandwich, or pastry. We all tried the paninis, which were very good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was genuinely nice, making our visits even more enjoyable. I went here for the vegan panino, which they didn't have at the moment, unfortunately. Still, they were kind enough to offer me to make a vegan sandwich with tomato, ruccola, olives and mushrooms, and it was not bad. They also have a lunch menu including spaghetti al'arrabiata and porcini, which might be vegan. The waiter didn't answer properly, so I don't know for sure, but it seems likely that they have at least one or two additional vegan dishes. Ask, as the waiters spoke...

First of all, Google has it in the wrong place, placing it 8nside the casino. It's on the odd side of street in front of the casino. The place itself is overrated IMO. Neither the taste, nor the selection, nor the service are spectacular. Unfortunately most other places are closed on Sunday, we...
