Miho Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Sarzana

Ehm..nice(?) I mean, certainly overpriced for a “All You Can Eat”. I was definitely expecting an higher quality of food and a smoother service than the one we got there tonight. Food looks very nice but average taste. Very disappointed due to the waiting time to get our dishes at the table, we got there at 7:30pm and left at 11pm, we had to constantly make the waitress notice that we didn’t receive certain items but we were getting other table’s items 😅

Food is good quality, they have several dishes with raw prawns, truffle, tuna, salmon etc. The main problem here is the service, they give you a ticket to choose your dishes and then they don't follow that ticket. This means that you lose your time writing your order for them and then they don't even read it. This is a big shame because they are located in a beautiful place, the restaurant itself it's so lovely. Please improve your service and don't let people wait 40 minutes...

Don't get me wrong, the restaurant is nice, but overpriced for “All You Can Eat” especially considering they add coperto and charge for water. The portions of food were overall small. The food presentations were nice but couldn't hide the at best average taste. The inconsistent waiting time to get our dishes at the table was unpleasant, and two of our dishes never arrived.
