Food does not taste good. We ordered chicken tikka masala - we could not eat as the chicken was spoiled . So we returned it , but he still charged for it . Vegetable zal frazi was raw vegetables not cooked . Dal makhani does not taste good . Boondi raita was salty . Only masala tea was better .

I asked slight warm water and normal water . He took the normal water bottle away from the table and just put a slight warm water on the table . But he charged for two water bottles - why did he charge twice when he took the normal water bottle from the table ?

ESPERIENZA PESSIMA

Abbiamo prenotato per due persone per sabato sera alle ore 20:30, il gestore ci conferma la disponibilità del tavolo. Arriviamo puntuali ed il ristorante è pieno con tutti i tavoli occupati e gente in piedi in prossimità dell’entrata ad aspettare. Aspetto sull’entrata per una decina di minuti senza che nessuno degli addetti si degni di considerarmi. Quando mi accorgo che la cameriera dietro al bancone anziché gestire i clienti in attesa si preoccupa di filmare la sala, le faccio notare che avevo prenotato, lei allora mi dice che c’è da aspettare che si liberi qualche tavolo senza darmi un’indicazione del tempo di attesa. A questo punto decidiamo di andarcene, data la mancanza di organizzazione e di rispetto per i clienti. L’unica cosa positiva della serata è che per rimediare abbiamo scoperto un altro buon ristorante indiano nelle vicinanze. Da notare che sul sito nella finestra di prenotazione c’è scritto “Il tavolo verrà tenuto prenotato fino a 30 minuti dopo l’orario indicato. Ti raccomandiamo di arrivare puntuale.” Avete perso...
