My Family and two others recently had the pleasure of having chef niccolo create two delicious dinners for us. We were renting a villa in southern tuscany and were set up with him through our host. He was easy to communicate with before going to italy, and was a wonderful person to meet. He was our personal chef for two nights. One night was a classic heavier tuscan meal with dishes local to tuscany and maremma, and the other night was seafood based. There was so much food and it all was amazing. For a starter, Niccolo served us with delicious home-made ravioli that I couldn't get enough of, even though I'm NOT a big fan of ravioli. The sushi that followed were also delicious - to the point that even a 2-year old girl dining with us nibbled at them forgetting her favourite pasta:)

You can take a cooking class with Niccolò right in his open kitchen next to the terrace. Highly recommended! Guests of their apartment get a small discount, but even at full price, it's absolutely worth it. Niccolò cooks with family tradition. The meal is prepared together and finished by him.
