Trattoria Mokarta — Restaurant in Sciacca

Had a lovely meal at the Trattoria Mokarta in Sciacca, Sicily. The service was very friendly and helpful, although they speak little English they made very sure we had an enjoyable meal and chose what we liked. Our meal included a sea food antipasti and main courses of risotto and swordfish steak. Very reasonable prices for the meal and wine. Lovely setting we sat outside and enjoyed watching the fishing boats leaving...

Nice family owned seaside restaurant, good value for money. Food was excellent quality. One antipasto, two mains, a quarter litre of wine and two coffees came to €39, but I had the catch of the day which was a little more expensive, most of the main courses were €9 or €10. Very friendly waiter and chef who came out of the kitchen to chat to us about what fish was...

-qualità pessima, e non solo della cucina dei pasti con tempi di cottura completamente errati (ci hanno servito gli spaghetti crudi), ma proprio della qualità degli ingredienti! non si può spacciare per gamberone un gamberetto per poi accompagnarlo ad una fetta di pesce spada così rachitica che le vertebre costituivano il 75% della porzione...come frutta ci hanno spacciato un kiwi tagliato a fette per due persone con maturazione prematura.....e pensare che questo menù é quello da 25€(il migliore che hanno)

-conto salatissimo.... 93€ x 2 menu da 25, 1 menù da 18, una cotoletta con patatine, 1 bottiglia acqua, 1/2 litro di vino bianco

-locale scialbo e privo di gusto estetico

-unica nota positiva, la gentilezza e la competenza del cameriere tutto fare che tiene...
