As many visitors would we trecked the mountain and looked for somewhere to chill on the way down. The restaurant at the top was crowded and slow, we sat there for 15 mins and were ignored before giving up. Then we stopped at the place next door and we were rudely hurried out the door as the restaurant (visibly 1/3 full) was apparently "fully booked". Feeling dejected we arrived at Miscillo Sapori and were welcomed with open arms. As a farm store they didn't have a set menu but instead we had a beautiful authentic local sandwich that was massive and stuffed with fresh produce from the farm as well a collection of local cheeses. Myself, my boyfriend and his family were riding bikes from Forio to Castello Arogonese when we realized the rental place did not charge our batteries to the max and so we were running out of battery. We decided to go up to Miscillo to rest and call the rental place to bring our batteries. Augustino welcomed us and allowed us to charge all 4 of our batteries free of charge.
