Great pizza from people who care about ingredients, which are all fresh and very tasty.

The pizza bottom is thinker than normal and almost like a focaccia, but lighter. This is baked with tomato sauce in oven and the prepared with the fresh ingredients afterwards.

We had several different slices and they were all great (our favorite was the one with truffle). Our 10 year old had a margarita and said it was the best pizza she had ever had.

Ghevido was really stressed few nights ago and it's not the first time I see him like that. For a place that has open kitchen, it's not properly good that clients are waiting for the bill in front of cash register while he's screaming and cursing out loud like if we were in hell! The pizza is undoubtedly GREAT, price a bit high but right for the tasty ingredients that they use. Please Ghevido, ask for a help and don't be so stressed. the rest...

Incuriosito dalle buone recensioni, anche di siti che trattano food, ho deciso di provare questa pizzeria a taglio / da asporto. Il locale prepara pizze in teglia, solo il mercoledì in pala (le classiche pizze rotonde, che non ho provato), con una farina che si presta ad una doppia cottura, in modo da poter finire la cottura a casa oppure, se richiesto o se decidiamo di mangiare nel locale, viene fatta dalla pizzeria stessa. Ci sono tavoli self service per consumare quanto ordinato e la selezione di birre artigianali è ampia e di buona qualità. Al banco ordiniamo i pezzi di pizza, 3/4 a testa, serviti tagliati a metà, sono sufficienti per un pasto. La scelta presenta abbinamenti insoliti, con ingredienti buoni, ed offre ampia scelta. A mio giudizio, avendo provato numerosi gusti, la sensazione è quella di un prodotto buono, ma in cui il sapore dell'impasto, per il tipo di lavorazione, prevale quasi sempre su quello della farcitura, la croccantezza sembra affievolire il sapore dei vari ingredienti usati. Il servizio è neutro, il personale non spicca per simpatia, nessun sorriso, ma fa il lavoro con educazione. Il prezzo è un po' più alto della media, giustificato in parte dagli...
