We were taken to this restaurant for dinner, and it was an interesting experience to go to an American themed restaurant in Italy. There was a large range of options on the menu, as well as a good range of beers.

The complementary breadsticks on the table were very salty, and made you want to drink more.

We all decided to have pizza, as well as some club sandwiches. The service was very quick. The pizza was tasty, more American in style than Italian.

It was nice that the venue had bifold windows that open completely which allowed ventilation into the space.

Per me è stata una grandissima delusione. Locale molto caldo e super affollato (gusto mio, davvero troppo affollato!), il cibo non mi è piaciuto e tempi di attesa biblici. Non è possibile aspettare un'ora per mangiare in una sera infrasettimanale, senza che peraltro nessuno preavvisi dei tempi lunghissimi né sì scusi per i ritardi. Ho trovato le cameriere svogliate e molto poco attente al personale. Consiglio peraltro di rivedere i burger vegetali, impossibile mangiarli sia per il gusto discutibile che per la consistenza: sono praticamente farina, roba che non vedevo dai primi anni 2000. In commercio attualmente è pieno di burger molto più buoni, in uso nella maggior parte dei locali (vedi beyond meat, ad esempio). Abbiamo chiesto più volte quanto mancasse per mangiare e, quando le ordinazioni sono arrivate (dopo un'ora), nessuno si è degnato di chiedere scusa per l'attesa (persone arrivate dopo di noi avevano già finito di mangiare). Avrei risparmiato la recensione se qualcuno almeno alla cassa avesse chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene, invece, nonostante il nostro palese disappunto, nulla.
