Trattoria Tre Corone — Restaurant in Spilimbergo

The decor is a an elegant mix of rustic/modern and very cozy and inviting. The food was excellent. I highly recommend the gnocchi with ragu, fabulous! I was a bit disappointed with chocolate cake, it was moist and delicious but it was supposed to come with a raspberry sauce and whipped cream and barely had any of either. Although all the staff were friendly and welcoming the only reason I didn’t give the restaurant a five star rating was the inconsistent service. They brought us both our gnocchi and didn’t even ask us is we wanted Parmesan cheese on top which quite honestly is a first for me when dining in Italy, had to ask for it. Then I ordered dessert with a Prosecco. They immediately brought the Prosecco but I had to wait around ten minutes for the dessert. Also the waitress never came around to ask us if we wanted more wine etc. during our meal. The restaurant was very busy so not sure if that affected the service but given that it is an upper scale restaurant both in quality of cuisine and overall price of food I would expect just a tad bit more from...

I had a wonderful dining experience at this charming restaurant in Spilimbergo! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a delicious meal. Tre Corone.....una corona/stella la"spendo"per il locale che gia da fuori con il suo plateatico ti da già l'idea di come sara' l'interno,il quale è ben arredato,caldo, con una riproduzione di fotografie dei tempi passati che tappezza le pareti...la seconda per il gestore che come un "maestro concertatore" attende i clienti,si prende cura degli stessi e a ogni loro necessità,vigila il servizio del personale il quale,(terza corona),si è dimostrato molto professionale,cordiale e attento dalla stesura della comanda al conto finale, che si é rivelato (quarta stella) una sorpresa in positivo perché con quello che abbiamo gustato (un'ottimo prosciutto crudo come antipasto,un piatto ben riuscito di cjarsons carnici,del gustoso frico con polenta)é stato la "ciliegina sulla torta"di un'ottima cena sugellata da un'ottima proposta di vini al bicchiere(ben elencati au una lavagna) e da un non scontato caffè finale.Bravi! da ripetere... ...repetita juvant qualche sera fa di passaggio...camerieri ed in generale tutti sempre gran cortesi quindi....un piatto di prosciutto San Daniele,come primo dei Blécs carnici conditi con ragù di carne,un piatto di frico con polenta,due dolci della casa,un bicchiere di Ribolla,copertoacquacaffé(due amari offerti) 52...
