Hotel Casina Copini — Restaurant in Spongano

We are really disappointed with the hotel. The staff is incompetent, unpleasant and do not know how to treat tourists. You should learn how to be more friendly and professional. We always had the impression of disturbing them when we asked something, I don’t know if it because we were not Italian but they treat us very bad !! The breakfast is not good al all, nothing is fresh, not even the bread and the person in charge of the breakfast was really unpleasant. There is a swimming pool but it is not only for the hotel, people from outside can also have access, moreover pool towels are not included and they prohibited us to use the towel of the room !! The rooms are not well soundproofed, you can hear everything, especially when the housekeeper start to clean the others rooms o when they decide to put music on the breackfast room. The check out is at 10h am, it should be at 11h or 12h not so early ! We didn´t know that and the employee came to our room to wake up us, unacceptable The price is very hight for the poor quality of the hotel and the service. You can find better in...

We had a horrible experience! Room price at 160 Euros was small (16m squared) by any standard with a view of a wall and a mini TV like a tablet on the wall and mini bathroom. Much worse was the staff's attitude when we pointed out that the bathroom was not cleaned. Toilet clearly was not cleaned after the last guest, and shower had hairs from past guest too. Manager/owner said she was not able to keep an eye on the cleaning staff too. She did nothing more than tell us that she would talk with the clearning maid in the morning. We had to leave right away with our 2 kids in tow despite not having another option to go to. It was simply unacceptable to stay in a hotel with such a bad attitude towards their guests.
