La Corte Dell'Oca ristorante - albergo — Restaurant in Subbiano

We had a chance to try the restaurant and honestly we were left very confused with our experience. We had read the great reviews and heard great things and we are not sure what happened. When the menus arrived we received two which was different for us, I asked the waitress how do the menus work and she was confused why I was asking after I explained we’d never seen a menu like this and if we could get some help. I then asked what type of sauce is “a la sauce” to which she said “it’s sauce” and I asked again “is it a meat sauce, white sauce, veggie?” And she seemed annoyed and answered “meat” as if I should know. When we asked what exactly is on the croutons we got no explanation at all. So we had no idea what we were eating. The bread for the table we received was very stale, and the meal was just not good. We ate most of it because we were hungry but one dish was over cooked and the other was under cooked. I don’t normally ever give 1 star and don’t mean any disrespect to the owner but I felt there could definitely be room for improvements with the service and food, or maybe just the consistency of how the food is delivered as clearly this is a well...

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was shockingly rude — the man serving us was unfriendly, raised his voice for no reason, and spoke in an inappropriate manner. He seemed irritated from the moment we walked in, which made the whole atmosphere very uncomfortable.

As for the food, it was just as bad. The main dish was dry and tasteless, and even the starter was completely underwhelming. Nothing we ordered was enjoyable. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

we came as a group of 16 people and they were able to accommodate us then okok. but we couldn’t get along because no one spoke English there. Menu was horrible translations were off and you couldn’t really understand what was going over there and also the main server got visibly flustrated and was probably insulting us in italian because he couldn’t understand what we were saying and the food was ok but not that amazing at all.
