Italian Bar — Restaurant in Sulmona

My wife and I have been going to the Italian Bar for five years. We live in Sulmona full-time. We come for morning coffee to having lunch and evening wine with appetizers. I usually order Caffè americano doppio in the morning. It surly is not what it was in the past. It's more like a weak expresso. We have seen many staff changes, especially the morning staff. We are a bit disappointed in the present morning staff. They are slow, and the tables and chairs will have crumbs on them from the previous customer. The outside pavers are littered with cigarette butts and trash. I realize this is a festive time. However, why can't the grounds (pavers) be swept before the night shift goes home. It's the minor details that will make the biggest impression. Especially since we are in the height of our tourist season. We will try a couple of more times to see if any changes...
