We had a wonderful experience at this charming restaurant during our time in Tuscany. The highlight was definitely the Fiorentina steak—cooked to perfection with a beautifully rich, smoky flavor and tender texture. Complementing it were three varieties of steak tartare, each showcasing a fresh, nuanced taste and artisanal preparation. For our little one, the homemade pasta with tomato sauce and Parmesan was a delight—simple yet crafted with genuine care and attention.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at BOS Fuoco e Grano, and it was an unforgettable experience. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the tomahawk steak cooked over a coal fire – it was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Pairing it with their house red wine was a brilliant suggestion, as the flavours complemented each other beautifully.

To top off our meal, we indulged in a slice of homemade cheesecake and panna cotte, both of which were delightful and a sweet ending to an exceptional meal.

Sono stato a cena al ristorante Il Boss recentemente e l'esperienza è stata nel complesso accettabile, ma non eccezionale.

Cibo: I piatti erano buoni, ma senza particolari sorprese. Ho ordinato un tagliere di affettati di cinta senese,e mi hanno portato un piatto misero di affettati, Tutto unto da caldo che faceva .non va bene che per13€ mangi un 40 grammi di cibo di antipasto.

Servizio: Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, ma il servizio è stato piuttosto standard. Non ci sono stati problemi particolari, ma neanche quei piccoli gesti che rendono l'esperienza speciale. I tempi di attesa sono stati ragionevoli.

Ambiente: Il locale è carino, con un'atmosfera all'aperto piacevole, anche se non particolarmente memorabile. Il ristorante era abbastanza pieno, ma il rumore era accettabile e siamo riusciti a goderci la serata,a me personalmente non danno fastidio i cani.

Prezzo: I prezzi sono in linea con quello che ci si aspetta per un ristorante di questo tipo. Non ci sono state sorprese nel conto, ma nemmeno offerte o particolari vantaggi che ci abbiano colpito.
