RIP OFF! Big RIP OFF! Do yourself the favour and dont go here! Overpriced and 0 quality. I would be ashamed to even offer this food. We ordered a “Hamburger and Spaghetti with clapms and had to laugh when food arrived. Food that is served after 2 min is of course not freshly prepared. Look at the pictures and judge yourself. The so called burger was just a frozen petty with fries for 20,-€ and the spaghetti were overcooked with frozen tiny clamps for 20,-€. All in all waiter was unfriendly and extremely pushy!!! We will definitely not come back nor recommend to come here. In the toilet was no toilet paper. Its a pity as the place looks nice but totally needs a new management

Abbiamo prenotato per due persone, ci sediamo in un tavolino al sole vista mare..uno spettacolo di visuale peccato per il sole che dopo un po’ è venuto a scemare! Bellissima atmosfera iniziale..poco dopo 5 minuti iniziamo a sentire battere e trapanare a 4 metri dal nostro tavolo (stavano aggiustando il bancone alle ore 13:30..mha) finito i lavori inizia un rumore di sottofondo assordante…era la macchina della crema caffè,mi ha fatto uscire di testa per 2 ore consecutive !! Ora veniamo al servizio e cibo! Ci sediamo e non hanno un menù ..viene lì il cameriere e ti dice che pietanze hanno! 2 antipasti 3 primi 3 secondi e 1 dolce.. Noi prendiamo i due antipasti e due primi e un acqua! Dopo 5 min arriva l’acqua e dopo 10 min arriva gli antipasti molto simili..buoni ma molto saporiti! Il cameriere ci sparecchia e va via…dopo 25 minuti torna e ci chiede se volevamo il caffè! Noi gentilmente gli abbiamo ricordato che avevamo ordinato i primi e lui non aveva capito…quindi abbiamo riaspettato almeno altri 15/20 min per i primi! Primi “spaghetto e FARFALLE” a mio avviso Scotti e molto molto salati! Poi chiediamo il dolce e il caffè..ovviamente arriva dopo 1 min il caffè e il dolce dopo 5 minuti, quindi anche il caffè freddo ho preso! Molto deludente cibo e servizio, servizio non perché si era scordato i nostri primi,ma anche perché il Camerire con era preparato sulle materie prime che offriva e son sapeva rispondere ad alcune domande e perché ho dovuto prendere il caffè e il dolce con sul tavolo 6 forchette 2 coltelli cesta pane olio sale e il quadrato di legno con scritto il numero del tavolo!( prima si sparecchia e si fa spazio,poi si porta il dice e caffè) Per non parlare del bagno, indecente , sporco e senza carta! Arrivamo alla cassa…..impazzisco!!!!!!! 95,20€ ……non aggiungo altro perché sono un signore!

Non sono solito fare recensioni negative ma qui si aggiunta anche l'arroganza e la maleducazione E la scarsa professionalità nel gestire il cliente Al di là che sono arrivato alle ore 12:00 e ho pagato per intero un ombrellone e due sdraio trentacinque euro come per tutta la giornata già di per sé è caro per il servizio che c'era che offriva trentacinque euro prezzi per il pranzo come ristorante da capogiro primi a €20 primo con l'astice 4o euro all'evidenza di cosiddetti prezzi decidiamo di buttarci sulla tavola calda prendere un 4 pezzi di tavola calda e una birra nonostante Volevo pagare il servizio il coperto 2,50 non ho potuto usufruire della saletta ristorante ma mi è stato quasi messo alla porta lo spazio esterno che doveva essere protetto da ombrelloni Però vista la giornata leggermente ventosa non era possibile quindi dover rinunciare alle ore 14:00 con 44 gradi sotto il sole o infine mangiare sulla spiaggia con la sabbia sotto i piedi leggero venticello quindi la sabbia poteva finire sul mangiare per me un pessimo servizio a livello organizzativo e di gestione e professionalità Forse è stata anche la fortuna perché se la ristorazione funziona come la rosticceria e a dir poco era scarsa gli arancini erano secchi e induriti non so se riscaldate più volte non so comunque pessima esperienza Mi dispiace perché nei giorni precedenti ho avuto modo di andare in altri lidi con dei servizi migliori ma non di poco di tanto e i prezzi contenuti o comunque giusti per il servizio che ti offrivano qui c'era soltanto da pagare per il resto non posso dire nulla la sabbia in spiaggia c'era le sdraio si aprivano e l'ombrellone era integro sicuramente io non ci andrò più voi ovviamente valutate pure

The stuff of the restaurant is extremely rude. Went there tow times. The first time i bought something to take away and the guy serving us treated us a bit weird. The second time I wanted 4ollto ask information about sun beds. As soon as I went inside a man working at their restaurant Osteria del Mare, not sure if he was the owner or an ampleyee, told me that I had to go to the tables outside (the restaurant was closed at that time). I tried to explain i wasn't there for the restaurant but he didn't even listen and asked me again to go out. I explained once more and he raised his voice. Another women working there jumped into the conversation and finally understood I wanted to ask information. The man said he didn't believe me, totally insane. Goes without saying that I went...

We lost a pair of sunglasses at the beach, when we couldn’t find them, we cut our losses and headed home. On the way to the station a nice italian family called us over to tell us they found our sunglasses just before we decided to leave and left them at the bar(lido camomilla). We walked back, note: only 20 minutes had passed since they found our sunglasses. When we asked the staff, they flat out said “no”. No looking, no asking other staff or even asking what the sunglasses looked like. In our time in sicily, we’ve never met as rude people as those who work there. Fair enough, they aren’t lost and found.. but why accept the glasses in the beginning, if it wasn’t to return them to the owner? Not...
