Staff were short and rude. My wife and I ordered the lasagna. It took an hour to come out, in the mean time not once did staff check on us or refill our water.
When our lasagna finally came, it was cold on the outskirts and almost frozen in the middle. We advised the staff. They heated it up, didn’t offer an apology and charged us full price.

In merito all'organizzazione del lido direi scandalosi! In vacanza per un weekend in zona fontane bianche decidiamo di passare la giornata al lido, non avendo nessuna app per prenotare la postazione ed essendo tre famiglie con bambini la mattina alle 8 in tre andiamo a prenotare, saldando tutto, tre postazioni. Preciso che il lido apre alle 9 quindi dopo un'ora di attesa.Torniamo in hotel a recuperare le famiglie e i bambini, una delle tre famiglie ritarda, le altre due famiglie vengono lasciate ad attendere davanti alla porta perché il titolare sostiene che per accedere alle postazioni bisogna essere tutti presenti. In poche parole servizio pagato, 120€ per tre ombrelloni e 6 sdraio e se non si è tutti presenti all'appello non si entra! Nessuna delicatezza e comprensione per le due famiglie con bambini, uno di un anno che vengono lasciati al caldo torrido di luglio fin quando non arriva la terza famiglia. Giustificando il tutto con un regolamento interno verbale. Non torneremo più in questo posto che ha delle potenzialità pazzesche ma gestito in maniera obsoleta e incomprensibile....
