Mi dispiace di dover dire che l'esperienza di oggi è stata brutta. La mia seconda volta all'Hana e oggi, la conferma che può anche essere l'ultima per me e le altre 5 persone con me.

Tra uramaki, nigiri, sashimi e primi cinesi, l'unica cosa che poteva salvarsi sono stati gli uramaki. (ma posso capire anche il perché, visto che tra salse e salsine i sapori si possono abilmente coprire.) Il sashimi e nigiri di TONNO era 1) inguardabile 2) immangiabile - con un colore tendente al bianco, la consistenza stopposa e l'odore poco piacevole, è stato riportato indietro seduta stante. I nigiri di SALMONE erano enormi con troppo riso (tra l'altro riso duro per niente appetibile, che abbiamo dovuto togliere con le bacchette per rendere il formato del nigiri quanto meno normale.) Il sashimi di SALMONE, su 10 pezzi 3 sono stati buttati nel tovagliolo: avevano un pessimo sapore. Gli GNOCCHI DI RISO cinesi avevano un aspetto non invitante: attaccati l'uno all'altro, secchi e poco appetibili. Anche loro sono stati lasciati nei piatti pieni. Il RISO stesso che usano per comporre le pietanze giapponesi è duro e si scolla da chicco a chicco.

Tra l'altro, mancavano pietanze che non sono mai arrivate e nessuno dello staff se n'è mai preoccupato.

La cosa che più mi ha lasciato delusa, per assurdo è stata la totale indifferenza dello staff. Quando mi sono rivolta ad un ragazzo che lavora lì (non era un cameriere)e gli ho parlato di questi problemi, non si è neanche mostrati interessato alla cosa. Ha solo tolto i piatti e se n'è andato. Finita lì. Quando siamo andati a pagare non ci ha neanche chiesto nulla, zero. Indifferenza più totale e non ci sta come atteggiamento per chi gestisce un "ristorante" dove le persone pagano per andare a mangiare.
