The pizza dough was slightly thicker and crispy, not too oily, simply perfect and there was just enough cheese and Bresaola on the Bresaola rucola grana to support the taste. Friendly staff. I can only recommend, they have a long tradition of their special pizza dough. I was just a bit disappointed that the pizza wasn't sliced :-/

We had lunch at Sottopasso after 70km on a bicycle with 60 more to go to our destination. It was the perfect spot for our break: pizza was excellent, the dough is really really good.

We spent 30 days in Austria and it was such a joy to return it Italy and have our first meal here. The ingredients were delicious and perfectly salted. You won’t regret it. You do need to be patient. They are busy so just sit and enjoy the people watching...

Best pizza you can get with a very friendly staff. Good service. First stop when you arrivé from italy and worth it. IT was etter than then one we hot in Venice. A big rangé of choice. My salat was good to. And good prices. So give ourself a break...
