Ristorante TerraSinus — Restaurant in Terrasini

We’ve dined here a few times over the years, and this was our first time leaving a review. We started with the bruschetta appetizer featuring the crudo sampler, which was absolutely perfect . Fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented.

For our mains, we had the pasta with vongole and the pasta with ricci. Both were good, though they tasted quite different from our previous visits. Just a small suggestion, perhaps be mindful of the amount of salt in the pasta water, and consider letting the natural flavors shine through with a touch less butter. The quality of the ingredients here is so wonderful that they really speak for themselves.

Il TerraSinus è da poco approdato nella ridente Terrasini ed ha, a mio modesto parere, subito colpito nel segno. Sito al "Villaggio dei Pescatori" il locale si snoda in un ampio terrazzato all'aperto che si affaccia sulla strada. Luci soffuse e musica soft accolgono i commensali. Il menù è ben studiato. Ottima selezione di piatti ben eseguiti. Gli antipasti sono veramente FENOMENALI. Materie prime ottime e gusti nostrani la fanno da padrone. Bruschette ai ricci che difficilmente riuscirete a non divorare voracemente ed ottimo assortimento di crudi di pesce. I primi anch'essi eccezionali ed abbondanti. Un pò sottotono il dolce. Decisamente un locale da tenere d'occhio per il futuro. Al ristorante consiglio un pò più di attenzione alla sala ed al cliente soprattutto in una serata con pochi coperti all'attivo. Nulla di irrimediabile ma il servizio è stato un pò più lento del previsto ed il personale di sala a tratti un pò "assente". Sono piccoli accorgimenti ma avete davanti un radioso futuro se continuerete così. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo: Giustissimi i prezzi e soprattutto meritatissimi i soldi considerate le delizie proposte. Bravi, bravi ed ancora una...

Sadly, this was our low point during our vacation in Terrasini.

The location is rather nice and lovely located.

However, the service was quite dissapointing. Forgotten orders, minimal attention were sadly quite negative.

The food looked great visually, but it was not fresh. The octopus was quite chewy and the scampi smelled a bit off. The next day showed, that we should not have eaten here :/
