McDonald's Thiene — Restaurant in Thiene

Giving 1 star because there's no possibility of negative stars. Today in the drive thru, the lady on the intercom was so rude, she snapped while we were trying to order, telling us to wait, and then rudely told us after a while to order. We ended up leaving because as a customer you don't want to deal with staff that doesn't have the basic decency of how to talk to the customer. This isn't even the first time we experienced something like this. A lot of the staff here is very racist, as soon as they see someone who doesn't look Italian or speak Italian, they start treating you like absolute garbage. Would actively be telling the people I know in Thiene to not go here anymore. Apart from this, they have a history of also not getting the order right, and often missing things like drinks and fries from the order. I go there at least once a month and have always had decent food. I went on Friday and was served very stiff and over- crunchy fries as if they had been reheated and refried the next day. I almost broke my tooth when I tried to bite into the first one. Not sure what happened or who the cook was, but this is not common and hope it doesn't happen again to anyone.
