Antica Trattoria Al Borgat — Restaurant in Tolmezzo

We loved the look of this restaurant and were happy when we read the new winter opening hours glued to the old summer ones, open till 15 o’clock! We were there at 13.45 and wanted to eat but were told the restaurant was full. We sat in the bar area and had a drink, people started leaving their tables at 14 o‘clock and we weren’t given the option to eat more like we were disturbing. The two young girls, one behind the bar and one serving in the restaurant came across disinterested, stressed and rude. We wanted to order another drink but were ignored at the bar so we eventually (after 10 minutes standing at the bar staring at her) got her attention to pay and left. The food looked good and if it wasn’t for the terrible service and the feeling like you were disturbing them with your presence, we would’ve returned...

Bhe vi diciamo che questa splendida realtà ci fa sempre tornare sui nostri passi , nn a soprattutto sulle nostre tradizioni... Da prima l'impatto con l'entrata del locale che sembra di entrare in un'osteria degli anni passati , " piacevoli" sia come ambiente che come impatto ... Poi arrivi alla sala ristorante, secondo noi e a nostra opinione professionale, rustica con il senso di accoglienza di calore FRIULANO ... Semplice ma attento al dettaglio... Infatti i vestiti tipici e folkloristici del personale , l'accoglienza e la professionalità del personale nn a soprattutto la bontà delle pietanze scelte ... Rapporto QUALITÀ+PREZZO+Quantità diciamo...
