We came on a recommendation and we’re sorely disappointed. We sat down finishing the dregs of a gelato we’d been carrying and were about to throw away while waiting to be served. We’d planned to come for food and wine but the waiter shouted rudely at us across the restaurant for having an empty gelato tub from a shop round the corner. Was an incredibly rude start to the evening and totally over the top. After we apologised he then proceeded to leave us sitting there alone long enough that we left. We had a lunch paired with the wines ( it was our idea, we bought a different glass for each course) The waitress was very well informed about all of the wines, she was able to answer all our questions like a true sommelier. The menus is small and represents the local cuisine. We loved our simple lunch very much. The service was impeccable and very friendly, I felt like I had a meal with my friends. We bought some wine and a condiment made of grapes which reminded me of the Modena vinegar but much better. I would like to thank the staff for making our day...

Troviamo questo locale su Google, ottime recensioni (che confermiamo anche con la nostra). Volevamo fare una cena per due per provare i sapori locali e avevamo visto le foto di piatti e del locale accogliente. In effetti da subito la sensazione è molto positiva: locale caratteristico con soffitto in legno, illuminazione e arredamento sobrio e di buon gusto. Ci ha serviti Valerio, un ragazzo molto gentile che si è preso cura di noi, spiegandoci ogni dettaglio dei vini e dei piatti. Un persona che da subito da la sensazione di amare il suo lavoro. Ordiniamo gli antipasti e i secondi. Cibo davvero di ottimo livello. Segnaliamo in particolare l'uovo confit con tartufo e lo stracotto di manzo. Vini ottimi, tutti appartenenti a vitigni autoctoni, imbottigliati all'origine, con prezzi assolutamente onesti. Ho anche avuto il piacere di conoscere lo chef, che impiatta a vista proprio all'ingresso del locale. Sguardo sereno di chi vive con armonia il tempo passato a lavorare.
